Everyone is an independent stylist that has different availability and you can’t book on a Saturday even though it states online that the salon open 9-1 on Saturday? I gave my availability to book and the receptionist basically said there was no one that works on a Saturday. Very hard to make an appointment with that kind of communication. She wouldn’t even give me the stylist’s availability for options so I can make an appointment. Absurd.
