The U-Haul Android app was screwing up (couldn't find me and so I couldn't do the automated process - and apparently a lot of people have had this problem) but they professionally got it all worked out for me and I was able to get the truck on time. Their attention to detail was important and friendliness in making sure that the experience was smooth.”

“This company is doing something right with their staff selection, training and customer service process. We had a fairly complex move utilizing U-Boxes (x4), 2 different sized trailers each one way each starting and ending in different locations. All pick-ups and drop offs were right on schedule. The U-box truck drivers both at pick up in Maryland and drop off in Nevada were both very professional, on-time, smooth in operating their gear and placing the boxes exactly where we needed them. Was VERY IMPRESSED with their customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!”
