This Publix in Cullman is very conveniently located in a very large shopping center. Staff was so friendly here when I was here to pick up a few grocery items. They did not have the yogurt I wanted here, but they did have some dry pasta I stocked up on. It is also very clean and well maintained.

People need their meds when they are supposed to get them. Most of the pharmacist are good but today I came in contact with one who should be fired, absolutely does not care about the customer's needs. Young little girl, be aware.

I ordered a bday cake and it was wrong so they redid it which was great....until I saw the flies landing in the icing. I notified the general manager and she said there was nothing they could do. So heads up on the bakery. I saw several flies landing in the icing on July 11th 2023

Wouldn't have even said anything but I need my meds when I need them. I have a lot of health issues and seems like it always takes hours upon receiving refills for my meds to be filled. No calls or texts or anything. Was sent over an hr ago and when I call they said it just got sent through then precedes to tell me it won't be filled for another 2 hrs? Like what in the world!!

I normally don't complain. Good help is hard to come by. With that being said every single month there is an issue with the pharmacy. You wait HOURS only to return and find they're out or running behind. No calls,no text. You waited hours? Too bad you can just drive across the county again tomorrow. Once again not just once but EVERY SINGLE MONTH there's an issue. Very inconsiderate.

Not a bad Publix, but the deli is the absolutely worst. Specifically lady, she's very impatient, always yelling, and doesn't listen. We like our lunch meat sliced thin. She gave us almost dinner cut. The bakery is awful too. Ordered 2 cakes for 2 different birthdays, both were completely wrong, The name was spelled wrong on one of them. Ordered a sheet cake for a baby shower and you could see the red velvet through the frosting because it was so thin. I wrote out exactly what I wanted and they changed it.

I was in the Cullman store yesterday and bought a bag of green grapes. The top ones were fresh at the bottom there were big bunches of soft mushy ones. I guess this is how they fool the customers and get rid of the old produce.

I have always had a good experience. Every pharmacist/tech is very pleasant to be around. They fill the prescriptions in a timely manner. They are always over worked and short handed, but still manage to get the job done. They are also opened on Sundays which is a plus. Beats the hell out of mom and pop pharmacies around here.

In my opinion, you can't beat Publix bakery when it comes to decorated cakes. The flavor, the professional design...it's always great and my go to for special occasion cakes. This cake was ordered well in advance and was picked up right before our event. I can't express how disappointed we were to open the box and see the disaster inside. Of course we will continue to buy cakes from the bakery and the cake tastes great. I do hope someone at Publix sees the pictures in this review so adjustments can be made to the items being sent out in the future.
