This place isn’t even worthy of a one star I was double charged and overdrafted because of this issue but they can only seem to find one charge then asked for a refund for the month of July since I only tanned twice and was told one visit is 22.00 so they can’t do a refunded absolutely ridiculous employees were a little rude and uncaring as well

Love this location.Ashton is amazing! She always provides factual information, she's kind and I never have to wait.I highly recommend this place. Come see her and sign up, you won't be disappointed.

The young girls that work at this establishment act self centered and rude. When I decided to close out my membership with them I did have a balance which I tried to pay off with cash...and they refused to take my American money, which is the craziest thing I've ever heard. All in all just crazy rules like you have to wait a certain amount of time until you can tan again...the list goes on. Glad I'm tanning at a different salon now

Called to cancel my membership they told me they couldn't do it over the phone so I asked them to get me someone who could... magically they were able to cancel it over the phone hmmmm... interesting.. then they still withdrew the membership amount out of my bank account.

I wouldn't of gave them a star at all I bought a package i got ripped off bye them because i canceled my package they wouldn't let me lay after paying for my package i layed a month then the next month I canceled but the package was paid for they told me i wasn't showing up on there computer yea i bet that month was paid for yall collected my money though iv got the bank statement to prove it i got to lay mabe to times then you can't lay your package was canceled becareful when choosing to lay here in there beds you will loose your money.

Loved the salon in Albertville, used the one in Cullman and it was good twice. Young girls working there now are rude and act like you owe them, never offer to help or tell what you need to know. The ladies that worked there before were great. The Albertville manager and employees are great but the young girls working in Cullman are not.Service: Tanning

It was my 1st time there & it took forever for the girl to get me in the system, I only did a individual tan session for 20mins. Thank goodness for numbered rooms bc she just said its down the hall . After I was done I said thank you , have a great day & they never acknowledged I spoke mustless left the building. They were not busy at all. If I knew I had a new customer I'd make sure I asked if everything was good & invite them to come back, or at least acknowledge them. I doubt I'll be back to that particular place. FYI- the beds are really nice though.

Don't get a membership then get a new card later because they'll put a block on your membership for missing a payment one month but continue charging your account the following month's even though there's supposed to be a freeze on your account so you can't even go while they still charge you. Bad business and got no refunds even though I paid for 2 months after that I couldn't even go. They are also still saying I owe for the month they didn't charge plus a late fee.Service: Tanning
