“We bought new AT&T phones at Costco and when they set up the phones, they put the SIM cards in the wrong phones! Major headache. I was at our Lakehouse about 20 miles from the AT@T store and my wife was home in Huntsville. I didn’t know my PIN number so I had to drive to the AT@T store.
I walked in and met Jonathan, gave him my phone and drivers license. He proceeded to resolve the issue in about 2 minutes. My wife was at the AT&T store at home and together Jonathan and Drew got our phones working again. I highly recommend going to see Jonathan if you ever have problems with your phone. Thanks again.”

She took my phone and about 2 minutes later she gave me my phone back working. She was very helpful and even looked at my settings for another issue I had with my camera. She was very kind and helpful. 10/10 recommended this shop if you are having issues.”
