Took four days to put on mirrors after appointment and then it is still the wrong mirrors supposed to be power mirrors after mirror change ECM went out 2 miles from dealership.

I have been dealing with the service department for over 10 years and have always had a great relationship with them. I have them to be both professional and trustworthy. They look out for their customers to make sure that the vehicle they are driving is safe to drive.

I enjoy shopping in cullman, As A black female I have never felt like I wasn't getting great service. The gentleman who sold me my car was extremely helpful in getting me financing for my auto as recently I went through treatment for cancer, lost my husband and used my credit cards and savings to get me through I didn't miss any payments but, used my card to make ends meet. so my scores dipped for financing. He went beyond to help me secure financing. However I was told from GM that my husband who was a veteran being his surviving spouse I did not qualify for military discount. Then I was told that They did not honor discounts for GM employees because Gm would not reimburse Dealership the discount. therefore i lost over 2,000 in discounts. But, I still purchased vehicle as it was hard to find a basic model and for me to get financing. Shame on General Motors....

I went to the body shop for an estimate and they took pictures and told me they would email the estimate. Well that never happened it made me choose a different body shop for my business.

Well traveling back to Michigan the emission warning came on in my diesel truck, I called the service department Monday morning and was told to come in and they would try to fit me in. Well they did got my truck fixed and got me on my way in only a few hours, I can’t say enough good things about the service I received. I am very grateful for how I was treated. Thank you

Worst dealership I’ve ever had an experience with. Service Department is the biggest joke there is. They are rude, unresponsive, not helpful at all. All they care about is getting your money and putting you off. I’ve had an issue with this truck for 5 months since I bought it and even the General Manager Paul wouldn’t help out at all. The sales man I purchased from, Samuel, just stopped answering phone calls or responding to text. To ever get him on the phone I had to call many times and send many text. Once they make the sale, they are done!!! Still waiting on items that were promised when I purchased truck. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that will sale at the same price but with better service! I 100% regret doing business with them and I’ll never spend another dime at their dealership.
