Very safe area. Units are maintained and easily accessible. I recommend them over any other places in our city! The staff are wonderful people and always happy to see me. I will miss seeing them and will go back there for my storage needs in the future!

Clean, safe, and staffed by helpful, friendly managers. Had an access problem on first visit, after office hours, which was quickly resolved with a telephone call.

I'm giving this place only 4 stars because the fracture in communication they have in house and to customers.
I wasn't told I would need a car to exit the premises. I could enter on foot to access my 5x5 unit but leaving was impossible. So what did I do? I waited until someone entered to leave . I wasn't loitering......i was trapped.
I was told that because I "looked" homeless and had a dog I had violated lease agreements. I was never told dogs were not allowed on the premises. I was told they weren't allowed in facilities. (Which I totally understand)
So because I looked homeless and had my dog on a leash I was discriminated against in an odd way. I know they need to maintain the safety of tenants. But what about my safety? Had there been a fire I would have been trapped, and because I LOOKED homeless my money isnt any good? Sorry. Next time I'll remember to dress appropriately wen visiting my storage unit. Lol.
BUT.....they did offer a full refund and not a prorated one the manager was very polite to me despite the miscommunication. These are good people with bad policies. So get a 3 of 5.

Met with the owner for a quick tour of open options. Decided on what best fit my needs, completed everything and purchased a lock all on site. Quick easy and painless! Convenient and great hours! Very clean.

They were able to get me a new storage unit on Easter Sunday, and then change me to a larger unit all on a Holiday!
