This is an “eh” review. Did not have an appt, they got me in fairly quickly which was impressive. I actually got to sit there and enjoy my massage chair and foot soak. I was very grateful. The technician was not very gentle and could care less if you liked her services or not (I got the deluxe package). She did a good job on the nail painting, but I think she missed my pinky toe (story coming). After she was done, she said “you tip”. I don’t appreciate being told that I have to tip, that makes you lose tip money in my eyes. Fast forward I call the next day to see if I could come in to have my pinky toe redone cause there was no paint. The young man had me in there for almost 30 minutes kind of arguing with me about the nail color and saying I was wrong and kept putting colors on me that did not match. When I told him i know which number it was he said “maybe you right, I’m wrong”. He puts the color on and then he says “GO!” “Oh I’m so sorry for saying bad word, have nice weekend”. Kind of turn off for a first time customer.

Today was the first time I went here very friendly staff and brain did a beautiful job on my nails and Simon did a beautiful job on my pedicure and they had brand new foot scrubber and file I loved that I will be going back great customer service

At first I was going to let this go..... now I am not. I was here getting my nails done well my dad ended up paying for all of us but I didn't know he had paid until the end of the service. Well I had already given the person doing my nails $25 and he obviously pocketed it and acted like it was his tip when I was actually paying for my little girl's nails. I asked him about it and he acted like my dad took that and I asked my dad and he was like no I didn't. So they got double the money not to mention they told me $15 for my little and charged my dad $25!!!!! Rip off! Stay far away from these thieves.

Best experience ever! Kim does a fabulous pedicure and (missed his name) done a great job on my nails. Definitely worth my 40 minute drive on Memorial Day.
Cleanliness: Heath score was 100. The place was perfect!
Stylist: Kim and young man (he has worked for 1 year)

Very courteous and professional service. The massage was top notch., the French tip was done correctly. The salon is very clean and updated. Very pleasant experience. I didn't feel like the rushed anything. Relaxing environment, no overly loud tvs or music.
