We have used this pharmacy for YEARS but not anymore. We didn't get all the meds that were prescribed and when we asked about it we were told the tech put one of the meds on hold because it was " expensive ". Although I appreciate the thought, we should have been told. If she had asked us about it we would have chosen to go ahead and get the meds. Because of this we ended up with repeated doctor visits, missed work and more meds.

I've had good and bad experiences with this pharmacy. Lately they have been horrible. Our most recent experience is we went in to get a prescription and they filled it knowing they didn't have enough pills. Now the person that the prescription was for will have to do without fir several days.

I would give it a 5 Star if the younger workers did not feel they can mistreat people.I have used this pharmacist for as long as it has been Open in Cullman.As a matter of fact the owner is my prior pharmacist from Kmart when it was open in Cullman. ( Many years)The Senior staff know me and would never judge me are lie to me.Had a couple of bad experience with them and then just started asking for another pharmacist are assist when called.No more problems.
