I had called this number on Monday. You could tell it was a cell phone and the individual was in a bad area. He asked if he could call me back in 30 minutes. Well several hours past, and I called back and the voicemail said not to leave a message but to text the number. Well here is the conversation. As you see , he wanted to just cut me off. Then when I brought up about someone I know renting- all of a sudden he may have some. NO GO! But I did receive great service from In and Out Self Storage!

My younger sibling family is moving back and I'm going to help them move and get things situated. So as for being the older brother I reached out to find out what needs to be done since ill have the trailer and loading up so I can plan the trip according this is the response I get for a basic question hope everyone else had a. better experience!!

I was moving and needed a storage unit to store a lot of my stuff in during the move. This unit was about halfway between my old place and my new place. All the other units in the area were either filled up or way to far out of the way. I go to rent the only unit they had left available which was a 10x15 climate controlled unit. She tells me it's $125 for a month. I tell her I am looking at the website where it clearly and plainly says that unit is $112. She refuses to honor the price on the website, saying they know about it but will not honor that price. I was in a hurry and a bind and needed a unit bad, so I had no choice but to pay the price.

Units are clean, pest free and have high ceilings. Several units are climate control in facility I used and is about 1 mile from interstate.
