Had a dent in my back bumper from someone nudging my car and just leaving. stopped by Finishing Touch for 15 minutes and he already had it pushed back out and looking 100 times better. no charge.

I don't normally do reviews but I had 2 little scratches on my new 2024 Ram 1500 Limited and it bugged me so bad so I found Finishing Touch Body Shop and called and talked to Tony the owner. I explained my issue and he said to come on by to take a look at it. He said it was something he could take care of and told me to go get some touch up paint from the Ram dealership. so I got the touch up paint and returned to Tony he cleaned the scratch area and tried compound to see if the scratches would come out but was too deep so he put the touch up paint said to let dry and return to him and so it took a few trips to him as he layered the touch paint then clear coated on another trip. The final trip he put more touch up paint with clear coat and blended them in now you can't tell there were scratches at all. I asked how much I owed him and he said no charge!!! I was completely shocked because he took the time to help me within a 3 week period fixing these scratches. I asked again and he said he was blessed and likes to help people out. I never in my life received this kind of work and service from anyone especially from an actual body shop. This would have easily cost about $500 and he did not charge a single penny. All I can say is that this gentleman is probably 1 of the most honest and genuine stand up guy I ever meet. For someone to do this kind of work for you and don't expect anything in return speaks volumes of what kind of man Tony is. I had the pleasure of meeting his father there and he too seems like a great guy. Tony was definitely raised with common decency and morals. For someone to go above and beyond for a complete stranger makes me want to be a better man and pay it forward like he has shown me. Thank you Tony. I hope this honest review brings you customers worthy of your Great service. Guys if you need any type of bodywork or scratches like me, there is no job small enough or big enough that Tony can not handle for you TRUST ME!! God Bless you Tony, you have inspired me.

Took my husband's truck they did a good job. Could have been better but we did get a discount due to not enough time for them to do as well as they would have liked. Overall happy with it. Will give it another try at a later date. Friendly service.
