I recently paid off my vehicle after several years of payments, and I couldn't be happier with the experience at this carlot. From start to finish, they made the process seamless and friendly. Here are a few highlights:

Great customer service! I was nervous going in but I told the salesman my needs and he steered me toward the perfect car. No hassles! Easier than I expected. I was able to get an affordable, reliable vehicle without feeling pressured. Definitely recommend!

Got a SUV from this place next morning it was already in the shopShop said it was brakes that was making the noise.Picked the SUV back up and noise was even worseCome to find out it had serious problems.Thankfully they allowed me to swap out for anotherPraying for the best hereYes I know these are used vehicles and they are going to have problems but to be in the shop the following morning..??The staff was really nice and again I'm thankful I was able to get a different vehicle even though I think the buyer has 7 days to change their mindI did however notice that the next day that same vehicle was out back in the lot for saleBuyer bewareBe very cautious!But that's with any of these lots

I don't usually do these reviews unless it's something really worth noting. I am currently in my second vehicle purchased from Economy Motors. I ended up having a major repair to my now vehicle. Derek, the gentleman who sold my vehicle to me, went right to work and with his area connection's was able to get my repairs done for 40% cheaper than I had been quoted. Customer for life. Thx Derek

Upon visiting this dealership I noticed how well maintained the lots and vehicles were. It was very clean, no trash or cigarette butts, the vehicles were also clean, well maintained, and priced fairly. The individual who helped me was Derrick. He was super professional, friendly, honest and also helpful. He was honest about the vehicles, the vehicles history, and gave recommendations on where to get financed bank wise and made the whole process seamless and easy. The bank denied the loan, however Derrick was able to get us financed through them with a fair down payment and affordable payment plan (which could be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.) I am very happy with my experience and the customer service this place has. The customer service was great from Derrick, he was always kind and super helpful with the whole process. Buying/financing a car can be stressful and overwhelming, especially during this time, but he made it less so. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for clean, maintained vehicles at a decent price and with a great financing option.
