Looked at a Jeep, was told it had an oil leak. I put money down to hold Jeep while it was being repaired and inspected. 2 weeks later got the Jeep. 2 weeks later, oil leak again. Talked to Eckenrod who talked with mechanic who supposedly fixed it the first time. I paid $350 for that repair that took another 2 weeks. We have had the Jeep in our possession for a little over a month it’s in the shop AGAIN of our choosing this time and we are being told it needs approximately $5000 worth of repairs. When we asked what their inspection included we were then told a red flag inspection includes an oil change and wash. Are you kidding??? I do take ownership over the fact that I took these “fine country people” at their word and now realize all it’s about is selling a vehicle regardless of the safety of the vehicle, even knowing it was being bought for a teenager. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from here EVER! And I highly suggest no one else buy a used vehicle here. I could write chapters about attitudes, lack of return calls, excuses, poor service, hatefulness after the sale. Unbelievable.
