I love the pharmacists at CVS!And the pharmacy techs too! They are all great!! The front store employees, most know me on a first name basis as "Miss Kathy". Because I am old enough to be most of their grandmothers! lol All of the employees here are always so helpful!!!!

CVS is where I get my prescriptions filled because they are the cheapest and they help you so much if you don't have insurance. I would recommend this to anybody because they're helpful and very nice.

Absolutely horrible customer service in the pharmacy. I have tried getting my medication from there for three days and no one seemed to know what they were talking about. One specific medication said it wasn’t covered my insurance, when I called my insurance they said it was absolutely covered. I tried to get them to transfer medication and they refused. Even after my primary care physician sent me a message saying to contact the pharmacy to transfer. A lot of miscommunication and uneducated people handling these issues. I have never in my life had this many issues just trying to get medication.

Only one person working in pharmacy. Told it would be atleast an hour wait . Ridiculous.

Needs better customer service. Last two times I've gone in I stood at the front counter for at least five minutes before an associate came to help. Management needs to do a better job.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The pharmacy personnel is great. When I approach the pharmacy, I don’t feel like it is my first time there—they recognize me and call me by name. I have no complaints about this store.

I saw these people today working nonstop with no time to pause and catch a breath. Every time I've come in they're on the go and working hard. Please be patient and mindful of your attitude towards Healthcare workers. They are exhausted and still working hard to take care of their patients. Good job girls! Thank you for what you do.

I came in on Saturday to get the covid vaccine. Chandra was extremely professional and was managing giving multiple vaccines, a long drive thru line, and all with only one technician. Retail pharmDs don't get enough credit for all they do with such little resources. Her vaccination technique was also excellent and she was extremely professional. Give this woman a raise and get them some extra help when possible.
