i just had to hop on here and leave a review after picking up my prescriptions in the drive thru. my receipt says that i was helped by jennifer, and she was an absolute delight. very sweet lady, i hope she has a lovely day as she definitely made mine a little brighter.

Went through the drive through to pick up a prescription. The other CVS on the south end of town transferred my prescription over prior to me arriving. Once I arrived I was told it would be an hour wait. I was the only one in line so I told the young blonde haired guy at the window that it was fine, I would wait. He told me I couldn't wait at the window. I advised him if someone came up I would circle back around. He informed me that I couldn't do this. He was beyond rude and unprofessional. I called my doctor and had them call my prescription into Walgreens. I will no longer go to CVS. CVS needs to train their staff better on customer service and actually hire and train competent employees.

We called our prescription in advance and my GF has been here for 30 mins waiting for her prescription and the old man in the back is just chilling while I hear "2 pharmacy calls" played over and over. Don't come here unless you wanna be buried in the CVS.

This location most ppl are rude. I'm about to move my prescriptions to Walgreens. I'm tired of dealing with the rudeness. They screw my prescriptions up ever month they change my refills. You go to the doctor and get up refills the same time but you run out of 2 before the others. Totally don't like the ppl thier.

I had CVS extra bucks that were about to expire, so I stopped in while traveling. I needed hair care products and they had a great sale on styling gel. I was able to get my favorite product, plus an extra bottle, with my extra-bucks rewards I saved eight dollars and got two bottles for three dollars.

Never once has an employee or pharmacist been rude to me in ten years that I've been going here. It's highly likely that the negative comments you read here are the fault of the customer, and they are stomping their feet like spoiled toddlers because they didn't get their way. The employees and pharmacists have always been helpful whenever I've encountered a problem.
