I understand that CVS made an error with some coupon codes and many of us thought were getting an 11x14 canvas at a good deal. Well, November 4th came around, no canvas was delivered to the store, and no refund was given when CVS realized their mistake. I called corporate, waited an hour to speak to a representative that couldn't speak English, and still not product or refund. Shame on you CVS!
