I 100% recommend this place for animal adoption! They are so nice. They also gave us free supplies for the kitten that we adopted. The adoption fee comes with spay/neuter and shots.

I have noticed these people can look at you with a stone expression while your heart is breaking . The Officer affiliated with this place is just as cold. , It isn’t right what this place has done. I thought I surrender 2 of my dogs , they took them all!!!! They wouldn’t tell me anything. I was willing to pay what ever fees there was , but nope. They are My dogs who the hell are they to keep them from me. I hope they burn in hell!!

We adopted this sweet lab puppy almost a month ago. He fit right in as soon as we got home! The ladies at the shelter were so sweet to us & the process was easy to adopt this little guy. So happy my older dog has a friend to run with now! They play so well & my beagle mix acts like a puppy again lol

Our animal shelter and most people are fantastic, many volunteer. However, someone needs to give the manager training on customer treatment when she doesn't have answers or is having a slightly stressful day.

Went to adopt a baby kitten they were very rude to me and my mom wanted to know about my other cat that came up missing a month ago but my mom already gave it shots and it was spayed,my cat had got outside and now it’s been missing for 1 month anyway I was holding a cat and it got lose and they told us we would have to leave before they closed even though we were going to adopt the cat, horrible service had kittens in cages that were already adopted where the public could see them but couldn’t have them!

seems like the county could save a whole lot of money by closing the doors on this "shelter" since they wont take strays anyways.

Found a kitten and adopted it. Cost 75 for adoption fee but it paid for spaying, shots and micro chipped. They also gave my son a bed for his kitten, food and toys. Very nice people and a clean environment. ❤

I went to look at a dog that was up for adoption. Hard to put into words how IMPRESSED I came away. The staff and volunteers are so caring, friendly, and helpful that I left feeling so uplifted and motivated to help them however I can.

I recently adopted a dog from them. They really care and are extremely helpful. The establishment was clean and comfortable and the animals are well cared for. Cupid is a welcome addition to our family

On December 2, 2020A lady carried my cat to this place of business, so they could locate the owner and return him to his family, because she had witness a car putting the cat out of there car. In front of my house, close by the road and drove off. Assuming the person in the car toss out somebody's cat. She stop's and gets the cat and tries to chase down the car that put him out. Unable to do so, she gets a picture of the car and the tag number of the car. Then she see's a state trooper, at the store down the road from my house. So she stopped to report to him what she had just witness. He directs her to the cullman county animal control & shelter, because that is who deals with animal related issue's. So, she goes there and tells the people in the office what she had witness and shows them the picture of the tag number of the car. That put the cat out of their car, and tells them the exact location. Was right off 747 on the corner where "Creel Motor's" house is at. So she leaves my cat there and thinks that they are going to do what they are suppose to do in this situation. Make a effort to find the owner, to relocate the cat with his family. But that isn't what takes place at all. They sent my cat straight to the back room and euthanized it. That day before the close of business. A cat that had never in his life been anything but loving to anyone that, he had ever met before. Keep in mind this cat just got picked up in front of his house by someone he never seen before and going for a intense car ride, to try and chase down another car. With a car full of strangers, and the whole time he is just loving on them like they where family.
