Lady that was working had her kids running around the store and was not very helpful to my husband or the lady in front of him. Very unpleasant. No customer service at all. If I could give zero stars I would.

I have done business with cricket for years and they said I could do bridge pay I put in my card wrong by accident and took it away when I went to re apply once I get in a better place I’m never coming back here

Went there for 2phones paid almost 300.00 which is understandable for I and my hubby!But let me just say the worker that helped us named Conner really gets the job done!She takes her job seriously as well and makes sure you get a good deal and leave happy!I and my hubby both enjoyed her helping us there was another employee working didn't get her name either she was also very friendly and happy unlike the other places we've gone they wasn't so friendly and helpful like this place!Conner needs a raise that's for sure!so I recommend you ask for Conner when entering this location she will make sure your satisfied!

It's a good phone service if you want a cheap phone but now I have found a better place to get a lot more stuff an that is Specetrum Wireless has wi-fi an internet has a good an cheaper phone than cricket wireless doesn't an I really used to love cricket when they use to give you more memory on your phone but now that I have gotten specetrum I am a VERY ?HAPPY? Man .
