This place is using my friends personal photo of their personal collection to advertise what they have in their store! This is vintage cat fishing! Buyers beware! Not as advertised!

False advertising! Using stolen pics to lure customers into the store. Not cool.

I went here to look for that pyrex display they advertised however it wasn't anywhere in the store. As it turns out, they stole the picture from someone to trick people into going to their store. I would not recommend this place AT ALL. False advertising.

Horrible customer service. False advertisement of inventory. A little kindness goes a long way.

I have not visited this place and I don’t plan to anytime soon. It is incredibly sad to see a business use a collector friend’s photo on their site and attempt to pass it off as their own, even after they were asked to remove it. This false advertising is misleading and such a disservice to the public

Would be nice if they used their own photos to show what was in store and not steal others photos. Misrepresentation of items for sale.

I’m disappointed you’re using a fellow collector friend’s photos and trying to pass it off as your own. Some of those dishes are extremely hard to find and you’re doing a disservice to your potential customers by showing it as if it’s available in your store. It is dishonest to use someone else’s collection as your own.

I’m close enough (TN) to visit this shop but won’t. Integrity is a rare, hard-to-find, virtue these days — almost as rare and hard-to-find as some of the items in the pictures this business has posted that, to be sure, they do not actually have in their possession. False advertising is illegal. Theft of intellectual property is a chargeable offense. They are lucky the person they have stolen from is exceedingly kind. As others have noted, if they’ve told this one untruth, what other untruths are they telling with their chosen means of advertising. This is more than the support of a person in the collector community to which I belong. It is a matter of ethics, morals, and integrity. I won’t support a business that can’t seem to understand why those things are still important to our society.

I travel all over and visit antique shops everywhere I go looking to buy vintage dishes. I heavily rely on the pics included online and would never shop somewhere that used pictures that are clearly not their own to lure customers under false pretenses. Buyers beware and don’t waste your time, that Pyrex in the pictures is NOT there!! Do not mess with the collecting community.

This business is using a picture of my personal Pyrex collection to advertise for their store. When I spoke to the manager, she told me nothing could be done to remove the photo, and “I don’t understand why you’re getting so upset about a picture of bowls.” She told me she was much too busy to look into removing the photo. Based on the managers poor attitude and complete lack of caring or ability to help, I would not support this business.
