WILL NEVER GO BACK! ☹️
YOU SPEND $22 FOR A CAR WASH, BUT THEY DON'T TELL YOU ANYTHING ABOUT IT BEING A MONTH TO MONTH SUBSCRIPTION!!
AND.....IT WAS AN AWFUL WASH!! SOAP ON THE CAR AND IT'S NOT A TOUCH LESS, WE WERE TOLD IT WAS!!!!! ?

Left dirty still on the truck. Didn’t wash wheels at all. Only put one little spot of ArmorAll on tire. Would not recommend this car wash at all

I’ve had a membership at the cullman location now for about 5+ months! i’ve never had an issue here! the members are very friendly and helpful! and they constantly have a deal going on for membership passes! love the location!! love this place!! i also love that with the membership you can go to any location in the us!! very convenient!

Came through at 6:30, was detailing the inside of my car at 6:45 and the man came by and closed the detailing station. I told him I wasn’t finished and asked for a couple more towels before he shut it, he brought me some and then I asked what time they close and he responded 7:45. They actually close at 8, I understand trying to start cleaning up early but an hour early and there was a lot of vehicles there!

I had purchased a membership at the 157 and 31 facility and was told that I could wash any of my 5 vehicles with the purchase of the membership at any location, that was a blatant lie , so I canceled my membership and will never use any of their facilities again. I gave 1 ? because I couldn't give less.

Car wash left soap suds on top of vehicle and the dryer did not do a good job. The towels are always too damp.

Staff is attentive and friendly. Always has the window and interior cleaner available after a wash. Wash gets it clean to standard. The monthly membership is definitely worth it.

This car wash is inconsistent. The last 4 times I have used this one something in the washer doesn't work. Anything from a brush not spinning to a chemical sprayer NOT spraying. Today, it was a driver's side brush not spinning. Last time it was one on the passenger that wasn't working.
The vacuums are back to not working most of the time, so you have to play Vacuum roulette to find one that actually sucks.
I pay a monthly fee and expect the equipment I am paying to use actually works...... every time!!!!!
This store is Not worth the monthly fee.
