Normally I had rather have a root canal without numbing up than deall with buying a vehicle. The process at Billy Ray Taylor’s was a simple no pressure at any point transaction.
The only problem I experienced was trying to decide which vehicle to purchase. Their inventory is huge so you will find several vehicles you want to take home

This is our second purchase in the last 4 years. Both times KC was our salesman and we couldn’t be more pleased with the help and attention he gave us. We arrived an hour before closing from Mississippi and he and Don Miller never made us feel they were in a hurry to leave . So happy with KC and Don and their professionalism. We will recommend this dealership and will be back next time we want another truck.

We had a wonderful experience working with Shavon! She took me around to see cars on a golf cart so we didn’t have to walk in the heat, she was SO friendly, and when my toddler got there she even brought her a little toy car to ride around on while we finished up . The entire place was honestly so kid friendly! I know taking a child to the car dealership isn’t ideal but sometimes you have to and Billy Ray makes it so welcoming for them! From the toddler potty’s in the bathroom to the Pac-Man video game! I never once felt like my toddler was a burden to anyone there. As for the pricing, the car was priced fairly and Don was wonderful to work with and he was able to get our payments right where we wanted them. Thank you so much Shavon for helping me purchase my dream car!

Wayne was our salesman and we appreciated the fact that he was cordial and polite. We never felt under pressure or pushed to make a decision. He gave us time alone so that we could talk privately. Don, the document guy, was just as pleasant. Our first experience with Billy Ray Taylor and should we ever need another vehicle, we will definitely check there FIRST!

KC Pickett at Billy Ray Taylor's gave the car buying experience a great hometown feeling. They were able to offer me a fair value for my trade-in which made buying a vehicle in this economy less painful.
