Higher prices than most stores and workers weren't friendly or helpful and kept running over me and everyone else with their stock buggies, not a store I'd return to soon.

Really nice employees but check the prices on things. I bought something and got home and the sticker over it (that I paid) was more expensive than the actual Big Lots tag that was attached to the item. Like a $15 dollar jump in price.I emailed the company with the photo to make them aware and they responded with “you got a discount on the item” (they saw my receipt) and to have a nice day.”Didn’t even acknowledge the photo or the fact that they were in the wrong.

Cashier very rude. I had to return some headphones. She didn't want to; as she said " I don't have time for this." You may think that working with public, you just don't say it outloud.
