Called to buy a tool, told them on the phone I’d be there right before they close they said ok. Pulled up at 9:59. Associate met me at the door told me they were closed. I explained I called he said oh and sorry they were closed. Absolutely a disgraceful customer service. Lost a customer for life guys way to go!

I had a great experience at the Cullman AutoZone. I couldn't have asked for better service. The manager and especially Jeremy went out of their way to help me with everything I needed. I hope that Jeremy and the manger, staff are recognized for going above and beyond for their customers.

When you contact Corporate and actually tell them how you really got played because that it person knows he/she is making you uncomfortable, that's why you lose trying to get the hell away from the Thang. I can guarantee ? this I will be payed back right at $68 bucks yes I have Attorney especially when I contacted Corporate, so I will be collecting Attorney fee's too, and investigator pay, he's seeing and videoing exactly what happened to me and I already know how much insurance policy is for just that store, and you Best believe I've hired him several occasions and he is Perry Mason only lot's better. Last lawsuit was $62,500 in around 11 day payout. Pay attention auto zone is going to be all over every social outlets they have and I am just going to Blast every single thing I experienced and note that I have message from Corporate and I am letting the entire reliable customer that used the store, will be finding another place, no choice for the stupid people that are ruining the stores reputation..... I want Stop, Corporate knows my email they'll feel the money twindling down and they are smart or need to be, I mean I am willing to listen to offer, I have great friends in the most popular news channel they are, but I'm just trying to give Corporate time, I will be copying and pasting all of this everyday and reposting it, everyday costing Corporate around 11 to $1500 dollars in Attorney fee's and investigation fee's. He has video of 2 different times that he/she has actually layed merchandise on floor behind counter and refunded the money with receipt the person didn't get, and free money for the Thang.i always am patient and I always have everything proven before I really let loose, ppl just Stupid, but I have no problem putting some money in my safe deposit box. BEWARE 2ND AVENUE AUTO ZONE DIRTY THIEVES AND RUNNING DOPE FROM REGISTER, I HAVE PERSONALLY A VIDEO WITH AUDIO FOR PROOF..... NEVER UNDERESTIMATE EVER.!!

Had to get some parts for a oil change and Jeremy Simmons not only helped me get what I needed but even showed me what could help my truck run better. Glad to see that there are people who work up there that genuinely know what they are doing

I had a great experience! Dakota took care of everything I needed and made sure to help how he could! After no other store was able to help me they took the time out their night even though it was cold and rainy!

Asked for help finding a screws to attach my new tag to my vehicle. Woman at the counter was so rude and just said "we can't help you" and sent me away. Tons of employees yet I talked to the one with the worst customer service skills. Someone could have easily stepped outside to look at my screw holes and advise me on what to buy. Terrible experience that I did NOT expect. If you want helpful service, don't talk to to the lady at the counter.

I ordered a dip stick for my Chevy Cruze and some chick up there named Kasey also drives a Chevy Cruze and when I went to pick it up. It wasn’t there and they said some old lady picked it up but I’m certain good ol Kasey has a new dip stick under her hood!!!
