“Our refrigerator went out, and we needed one immediately. A neighbor suggested Bob Wallace Appliance in Cullman. I called, and Tony was super in helping me. He was patient and explained how to measure the opening for size. It took a few days, but it was the weekend, and then the cavalry backed in the drive. Edward and the other delivery person were excellent. They were all very professional and helpful. My next appliance will definitely come from this business.”
“My husband and I stopped in on saturday June 1to look at some new mattresses. We were not planning on buying anything at that time.. however the sales associate Nicole, was very helpful and provided us with information on financing options. We were so impressed by her motivation to make sure we were given plenty of options that we drove back out to cullman today to make a purchase. With the money we saved from the sale, I was able to get our king size bed, a cute little hand painted dresser and 2 round bedside tables to match all for a great price and free delivery. We will definitely go back to see her when we decide on new furniture for our living room. Thank you for helping us make this decision and being so patient with us.
