Fantastic service! Not only did he do a great job getting my truck where it needed to be, he went out of his way and helped me secure a rental vehicle, when I had given up, so I could complete my additional 2 1/2 hour journey home that evening As I had surgeries scheduled to perform the next morning End it would otherwise have had to contact the patient and reschedule their surgeries. exceptional service and extra effort that wasn’t required by any means. Thank you so much.

I was given an ETA of 5:20 for a tow I called in at 4:20. I didn’t hear anything back so I called back at 6:40 and was told the driver wasn’t coming but another driver would be coming and given the number to the dispatcher. I described the situation to the dispatcher and she was immediately hostile telling me she’s the dispatcher not the driver and I need to talk to the driver. She then told me the driver would call me but never did. I called back at 7:10 and the dispatcher informed me that no one would be coming to tow me because of how I spoke on the phone. I did not cuss or say anything out of line I simply repeated back the ETAs and asked for the number of the driver since no one from M&S had contacted me with an update since 5:20. I also corrected her when she accused me of delaying things by switching my request from a wench to a tow when I never asked for a wench in the first place. If this business’s protocol is to let the dispatcher make the decision to leave someone stuck in the middle of nowhere because they aren’t nice enough to her on the phone I don’t suggest doing business with them or you might get left stranded after being told they were coming to get you for 3 hours.

Very helpful nice people. Didn't have my tire size but called one of there friends to bring me a tire and put it on. Very much appreciated.

This is Hawa Wiley again. I would like to come to an amicable agreement before I file a complaint with the bbb and do a small claims court suit. I came there based off of the good reviews. The mechanic didn't speak good English and couldn't tell me anything. I called back because the sensor light was on and I was told by another mechanic it had to reset. Once it did the light went off. It has been since then. I have never had an incident like this and can not get good customer service off of a service that was wrong to begin with. I could have had anything happen while traveling with that wrong size tire. To include coming back to the shop. I will keep the tire if I can get a refund for the amount over I paid for this tire vs the correct one. I paid over $200 for the wrong tire that I didn't ask for. How is that even fair? I would like to speak with the owner on my own behalf.
I received a 245/40/r19 and the correct tire is 235/40/r19. I did not ask for a tire size. The gentleman took the picture of the tire and came back with a tire. It was pouring rain and I was traveling from Georgia to Mississippi. I thought that I would get help in some way based on these reviews but they have to be fabricated. I spent $204 for the wrong tire. How?

Although it took a couple of hours for the busy tech to arrive he was very courteous and got right to work on repairing my flat tire versus just changing it which was perfect because I still had 150 miles to my final destination. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the area

Stuck on a dark highway; with a four year old! We were rescued and taken to a safe location as repair shops wete closed. The phenomenal driver even was prepared to seat my child safely! I am impressed by the service provided and would definitely give this professional gentleman 5* ****!
Thank you M&S Tire Shop for a job well done and a family's safety prioritized. Now that's good business ?

Had a flat tire on the way to a robotics competition and of course couldn't get the spare down on my GMC 2500hd or disconnect the trailer behind it. They had to replace the rubber on the side of the road. The service tech had us going in under 2 hrs (from the initial pull over) even though he was sick. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Wesley Strawn went well wel out of his way to pull my car out a ditch and tow it and me home an hour away . I did not believe he would be able to do it, leaving me stuck in a county road with no way home
Highest praises to Wesley !! I was shocked that he got it in to his truck and cannot canno ever ever thank him enough!!!

My Husband and I drive team over the road, our Tire Blew out on a tanker trailer, hauling Hazmat. All other Bug Chain repair Truck Service companies, refused to help us due to the specialty rim on the tire. Nick who works there worked all day and night to be sure we were all set and safe to be on the road. Nick is an awesome, employee and should be commended for his dedication to help the customer. Thanks so much M &S for getting us back in the road, we will be sure to come back if ever needed

We broke down outside of town & we called M & S towing & they were there within 15 minutes. The mechanic was very helpful & patient. He got the parts & put it back together in just a few hours. The owner was also very helpful & courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

A LIFE SAVER. Got a mega flat 3 hours out from our destination in the wee hours of the night. Gave us a good used tire at a great price and were back on the road within 30 min.
