Sometimes its taking up 2 weeks are more for them to deliver a letter in the United States seems like the problem is the Birmingham Alabama sorting facilities, this has just started happening in the last 3 months

Someone ripped my mailbox off and took it along with my mail. Mail theft. I asked for help the answer I got was just get a new mailbox. This doesn't stop someone from doing it again or recover what I loss and they could literally care less.

I didn’t catch the ladies name that I interacted with today but maybe instead of barking orders at me you could listen to what I have to say first. Find a different job that isn’t in customer service if you cannot be bothered to help the customer and not be rude about it.

My mail carrier insists on putting mail that doesn't belong in my box in my box. I have repeatedly put it back in the return mail and she repeatedly puts it back in my box I'm sick of it.
