  I just moved to Crossville, I was online looking up what the hours of operation are and I've seen all the bad reviews but I've experienced nothing but nice employees!! The post office is nice and clean, the carriers are courteous, that's a fast paced stressful job sometimes, maybe we should stop and just be thankful!

  Sometimes its taking up 2 weeks are more for them to deliver a letter in the United States seems like the problem is the Birmingham Alabama sorting facilities, this has just started happening in the last 3 months
