“They have an excellent butcher who I get to custom cut my steaks about an inch and a half thick. They have the best chicken fingers I have eaten anywhere. A lot of good food in the deli”

The women that work here sometimes are stocking the shelves without realizing there are customers waiting to be checked out at the register, and as a result you sometimes have to wait a good bit before they realize you need to checkout. So if that's the worst problem this store has, then I am AY-OK with this and y'all keep doing what you're doing.”

“This is a great establishment in rural north Alabama. I got pulled over by the local police in the parking lot of this store and was treated fairly by the local deputy, who, by the way, was nice enough not to search me. What a relief! “The owner has not fired all local employees as one person has commented. One employee lives not five minutes from the store, I myself dont live in the area, but grew up around the area and my great- grandparents owned the original (the very first)Bugtussle store. The other employee is also from the area! We open at 5am-9pm Mon- Fri, 6am-9pm Saturday, 7am-9pm on Sunday! We are a great, country store with a family feel! We are family! Currently updating store, so stop by!”
