The word Incompetent comes to mind. Have had multiple packages go missing just since November. They make it to Cowarts post office then go missing. Not acceptable. Our house does not have this problem with UPS or FedEx.

They have the best customer service other Post offices should take training classes in the smaller towns close by !!
