Gary is one of the best in Tuscaloosa. They do a great job and customer service is fantastic. I would highly recommend them for any body work. They are located just outside Cottondale down highway 11.

This is by far the best shop to get work done on your vehicle. I have several cars worked on by them and you can’t even tell work was done on the car.

The sign on the door said to call the shop and someone would come to the door. Other than that, they were okay.

My husband called to have our 2006 Toyota Sequoia towed to our home, we came back to meet the driver only to find out that he pulled up to it when we were 5 minutes away and then left as soon as we got there. Driver claimed to have called and got no response but my step-dad had answered and told him we were on our way there. Guy who was supposed to help towe our vehicle was SUPER rude and unprofessional when I called and asked why he couldn't have waited then 5 minutes for us to get there. I will not be recommending this place to others due to the poor service we received tonight. I will be calling to speak to the owner on Monday to make sure something is done about this.

0/10 stars the driver was VERY rude and unprofessional. Claimed he called and no one answered when my step-dad was on the phone with him telling him we were on our way, and left as soon as we got there. Mind you this was all within 5 minutes of him getting to our vehicle. Not only was he rude to my step-dad but when I called and asked for the owner he was very rude with me. I will let others know not to use this company and will be calling on Monday to speak with the owner.

Tow truck guy quoted one price over the phone then when we get there and wait on him for 45 mins to get there he gives a different price they left my nephew truck open so his battery goes dead they didn't want to help jump it off and wanted to charge us more money to pull it out the gate.
