I had the best experience at Smith's Automotive!! The people were very kind, helpful, and great communicators. I took my car in for an oil change and a new battery and they had it done within an hour. They answered every question I had and were very patient with me. I will definitely be returning there for any other car issues I have. Could not recommend a better place! Thank you Smith's Automotive!!!

Took my car to get my motor fixed. Dominique suggested I get a valve cover cover replaced, tune up, and two rear tires replaced ? idk what that had to do with the motor being fixed but ok. I had an extended warranty the problem was the warranty company I’m with wanted the shop to break the motor down and find out what was causing my car to burn oil. Smiths automotive did not want to do that unless I gave them a $900 deposit upfront and then told me my warranty company would reimburse me. Of course I didn’t do that . Because that’s not how warranties work. Moral of the story they didn’t want to do the work with out the money upfront warranty or not. I wouldn’t recommend them to no one. Still charge me $100 for a diagnostic and didn’t even even give my warranty company a diagnostic on what was causing the oil leak ?

Being from out of town with vehicle trouble I just knew I was going to get gouged. Found this shop that was closest to me. Was prepared for the worst. All of my concerns never materialized. Trouble was diagnosed, repaired and I was on my way. Great group of people. Great service! I took my truck there thinking it was a fuel pump had gone out. They checked it out and found a fault in the security system. What could have been very expensive wound up being very reasonable. Will definitely use their service in the future.

Our power steering belt broke during our road trip and I had no way to replace it myself. Luckily, we had stopped for gas near Smith's Automotive. They were wonderful and were able to give me a quote over the phone and replaced the belt for us quickly. Highly recommend!
