We pay for automatic refills and when I called 4 days ahead of the artic weather to inquire about a refill since I was down to 30 lbs, I was told 7 days. Then Chris (a manager) told me they would worry about it "when you run out".I will not be using them again after I move and will tell anyone who asks, how terrible their customer service is.

We love Thompson Gas! They were so attentive to our needs of being without heat for 2 weeks after our previous provider, Ferrell Gas left us hanging when we were affected by a cold weather event in mid-February. They got to us in 2 days!Also, It is so great knowing that when we call we’re talking to a local office and not some call center/dispatcher in another state who has to relay information back and forth.Thank You, Thompson Gas! We are so grateful!

Shane & Caleb with Thompson Gas are AWESOME!!! Nice guys, respond quickly to texts, found us an underground tank, got the install scheduled in a timely manner & CALEB did a great job today getting everything handled!! The Schofield Family HIGHLY recommends the Thompson Gas team!!

I highly recommend not using this place there lazy won’t answer phone calls or answer door and could clearly see a person sitting a desk doing nothing the service here is terrible

I initially ordered gas from Wan-Bon and 2 1/2 weeks later I had not received it. I called Thompson Gas and was promised to take delivery within 5 days. This was my first time ordering and the rep on the phone explained the process to me in great detail. My tank was filled the next day !!! Great customer service and I will recommend to my friends and coworkers. Thanks for the prompt service
