I used this groomer twice. Both times I was made to wait. Last time I had to wait
Past closing. Good groomer horrible customer service. My dog was locked in a cage for hours. Never coming back.

I just wanted to thank Rachel for the great care that she takes with my little Pekingese, Teddy. He is 13 now and can be a little grumpy while being groomed. Rachel took her time, loved on him and made sure that he wasn't in any pain while he was getting groomed today. He has one eye and arthritis, so it can be challenging and difficult for him. He was very good for her! I have been coming to Rachel and Cheyenne for years. Cheyenne takes amazing care of Teddy too! I would not take Teddy anywhere else. We appreciate you so much!!!! We love you all at Southern Paw!!!

The ladies at this pet salon are amazing! They offer so much love and care to our fur baby, Java! It's a 40 min drive (one way) to Southern Paw, but it's worth every mile for the peace of mind I have in knowing he is getting the absolute best treatment. They pay attention to detail and their prices are really reasonable, too!

Every other month I bring in my livestock dog, who is a Pyrenees/ Anatolian Shepherd, for a spa day. She’s not a simple task because she is a 24/7 working dog. Southern Paw treats her like the queen she is and she comes back beautiful, clean and sassy! They charge more than a fair rate in my opinion and are lovely to work with.
