The Branch Manager, Carl Orso, was AMAZING. He was patient, friendly, and professional. I haven’t been the easiest customer to deal with so appreciate him and his staff.

Drove all the way from alabaster to this bank because the online hours show the drive thru hours being from 9:30-12 and arrived at 11:30 and no one was there. Nothing else I'd rather be doing today.

Best personal. Bank president is tops. He makes time for you. I consider him a friend. Wouldn't bank anywhere else.

Wish I could give them less than one star I put my debit card on the wrong way since they have a new atm machine I go inside and was told they couldn't help me that my card issued had to release it. Well that's a big lie because my wife was on the phone with our card issued the whole time . Then they told me they didn't have a key? well it's your atm and you contradicted yourself when you said the issuer had to release it first. I told them someone needs to open that machine and get my card out every dollar I had to my name was on card. Now I'm told "were not allowed too but we can call the police ". I asked them will the police open the machine and get my card back. They said no but they will back us up?!?! Back you up for what my wife's parents have been banking here over 20 years and this is how we got treated I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS BANK TO A DOG LET ALONE A PERSON!! THEY CALLED COLUMBIANA THEY CAME OUT AND RUN OUR ID SAID HE WAS GOING INSIDE TO TRY TO GET OUR CARD THEY STILL WOULDNT GET IT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER SEEN. EVERY LADY IN THE BANK WAS RUDE AS HELL. I WILL PRAY FOR EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM TONIGHT. THANKS TO THE COLUMBIANA LIEUTENANT FOR TRYING TO HELP US OUT . YOUR HELP WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!! He was the only person at the bank that showed us any kind of respect and he don't even work there !!!! Glad to know there's some good cops left in this sinful world ?
