I just needed a new debit card sent to my wife to the address on the account and could not get it done without making my wife physically go to a branch. Had the manager call me and he told me just have her call in and we will mail her one. This was not true! I had her call in when she got home from work and she was told they could not do it over the phone. I really miss hometown banking!! I am currently exploring different banking options.

The manager has no clue how to do his job(frank) and has to rely on his tellers to figure it out pushes away customers to go to lunch early sad won't be coming back

I've visited this branch often during my first year living here in Columbiana. I've never been compelled to comment on my dealings with the bank because it's been normal. I have been stressed out with all of the changes happening in my personal life and businesses. I walked in this branch completely confused and flustered with my arms full of paperwork and head with a million questions for the bank manager. I made an appointment online and it was very easy to do. I had no wait at all. I was greeted at the door by Clinton Cox. Clinton Cox is an upstanding human first and I am so grateful that he was there available that day. Mr Cox treated me with so much respect and understanding. He could see in my eyes that I flustered. I was never asked any questions that made me feel remedial. Every question that he answered for me was explained in detail and ways that no other bank relationship has ever taken time to do. I have a small business and he treated me as if I have a Fortune 500 company. I presented him with everything and he only smiled (I could see the smile in his eyes because we were both protected and wearing masks )and said "I promise we'll figure this out today"lol I sat there for a completely necessary two hours and watched him completely fix what I had wrecked. Mr Cox gave me two business cards that I'm sure will positively change my direction. I'm just beyond grateful. If regions keeps him, they will definitely have me and many more beautiful people for years. ?

This is currently my least favorite Regions branch. The ATM is awkward to get to. I had a long wait inside after an ATM issue due to their being only one teller. The teller did her job efficiently. The issue is that the branch should be able to help more than one customer at a time.
