Both Connie and Jeremy were so helpful dealing with my nightmare of a claims specialist and literally exhausted their efforts until they successfully got my vehicle out of total claims and into active repair. Connie was so awesome about keeping me updated on everything throughout the repair process. Never even had to ask about anything because she was always 10 steps ahead. & Now you’d never even know anything happened, she’s all fixed up! 10/10!”
