We bought the first mattress in May of 2014. All foam mattress and box springs, and also a bed. There is a warranty on the mattress for 5 years. I showed proof of purchase and the sales lady talked in circles about what to do. They offered us a break on a new set by offering no sales tax on the total purchase, if we paid cash. That is bad business. Then she went on about how they would take the old mattress, and how they just bought the business in September and how that brand name mattress that we have, the company is really good to deal with and that we would have to get in contact with the previous owner. It went on and on.... I didn't see why I had to contact the previous owner, and none of this made ever mad sense. The older gentleman got angry and gave us our money back and claimed that he was trying to help me and I still don't understand. But, now, I wouldn't take a stray dog there. The male owner was just too unprofessional. Maybe they will finally understand how to run a business one day. But not as long as they don't stand by the warranties that their products have and are rude about their incompetence. And I will never own another all foam mattress.
