These guys used to be great! They never had an issue helping me out with my heating/cooling needs. Now they'll ghost you for 2 months and suddenly drop the job without even calling you or picking up the phone to let you know. If you manage to get a hold of Robin, you'll be in good hands. Good luck otherwise.

I called Mr. Robin after being referred through my home warranty service to repair my furnance, and my air conditioning unit. I was originally referred to the Sears Service Center out of Birmingham 4 weeks ago, to repair my furnance. All in all, they came out to my house on two different occassions, and spent over 8 hours, and still wanted to "order a new part", and come back a week later. After they left the 2nd time, my air conditioning unit would not come on. The technicians gave me the run around on when they would be back out to fix the problem he created, and used excuses that he was not comfortable driving in the rain, as to why he couldn't come back out. This is after I informed him that my son and I both have asthma and allergies, and that opening windows would worsen our condition. I called Mr. Robin Anderson from R&J Heating and Air on Saturday afternoon, and he promised me that he would be at my home Monday, no matter what.Not only was Mr. Anderson prompt Monday morning, but he was extremely professional, and knowledgeable enough to not only get my air conditioner working, but was able to repair my furnance...without ordering a new part. Mr. Anderson not only fixed the orignal issue with my furnance, but he did not have to order any more parts, and he was able to fix the issues the two Sears technicians caused, all while showing and explaining to me what was wrong, and what he did. Awesome knowledgeable service.
