Cedar Point Pier reopened as a Mobile County park on April 11, 2022. 2022 season: 24/7 fishing with no admission fees. Restrooms available. No fishing license required for Alabama residents. Snacks, ice and fishing supplies will be available in future seasons.
It was a very pleasant afternoon. The wind was blowing not too high and it was cool. It wasn’t hot. Everyone seemed to be having a great time catching fish. I didn’t fish, but others did and a great time was had by all.

Best fishing place!
Well it used to be before the brother sold it to MC!! Now, you can’t crab, you barely catch anything due to debris and trash. We don’t go as much as we used to and that sucks after nearly two decades of this being a family spot of ours!

I have fished cedar point pier since i was old enough to say fish great place for a family outing or if you just want to get out and enjoy the the fresh air and scenary visit cedar point
