We were halfway into a 21 hour drive when our car broke down on the highway. This happened on a Friday at 4pm just before all the shops closed on a holiday weekend. After talking to him on the phone we were towed to Jake’s Auto Repair. He made room for us and when the car was off the tow they went right to fixing our car. They quickly found the issue and were able to get us back on the road before they closed. These guys are great, took care of us and didn’t take advantage of us. Wish we had guys like this where we live.

Jake is very professional. He looks at everything and makes sure the vehicle is right before releasing it. I'm taking my other vehicle there to get it checked out as well. I will refer anybody to Jake's Auto Repair.

Excellent customer service. Very pleasant to talk with . Jacob listens to your concerns and try’s to diagnose the problem. Jacob will follow up with you, in a timely manner. Jake’s Garage has really helped me out and I appreciate having a great mechanic in our town of coaling.

thats was the best repair experience ever....my waterpumppulley disappeared and the serpentine belt came lose in the middle of nowhere...I made it to James shop und he fixed my truck back together in no time ,and his shop was fully loaded with work....not even a hour later I was on the road again
