I called the postal office clay al and the lady each time answer's the phone is very nasty rude and never say hello and always talk over you and never let you explain, she always say call pinson postal office and say I don't know what to tell you, and never want to help you and put you on hold so many times, just very rude, each time you call about a question and never listen to you and she always say call the 800 number I don't know what you talk about I can't tell you etc, she don't have no knowledge of what's going on , are how to do nothing, why you work at a postal office and you don't know how to answers question are tried to figure it out are put someone else on the phone who can help, her voice soon as she answers is not pleasant are nice, she need to know how to polite and communicate and know customer service, so one else need her job, and be glad to have it, if she don't like working, they never want to answer the phone it always ringing, need more help etc. need to hire new people who care about customer

Regina is awesome! Informative, personable, and very friendly. I wish the rates weren’t so high, but what can you do. $9.20 for the small flat rate. Still it’s cheaper than delivering it myself. Lori was the queen of this post office, but hopefully she is on to bigger and better things. Don’t forget this location closes for lunch!

Went in on a rainy afternoon around 2 P.M. The lovely gentlemen at the desk was more than pleasant with helping me buy a book of stamps. I just love seeing great customer service no matter the place or no matter how small the service is.
