My prescription was transferred here when Winn Dixie pharmacy closed. After waiting 4 days for it to be filled they informed me they didn't have my medicine. Their website said it was it was on backorder

I am unable to change pharmacies due to pain management restrictions otherwise I would never use this pharmacy. The cashiers are so rude not sure how they keep a job. No one in line and I have to wait an hour for a prescription!

I use Walgreens because my insurance will not pay where I wanted to get it. But everytime I have talked to someone on the phone they have not been very friendly at all. I mean if you don't want to deal with the public then find another job. I mean how hard is it to be a little friendly over the phone or in person when someone calls or comes in? Everybody has a bad day but being friendly goes a long way.

You’d be better off going to any other pharmacy in Clanton. Prescriptions are never ready at the time they tell you they will be. The pharmacy staff are EXTREMELY rude, snappy, and unprofessional. I’ve never had a pleasant experience dealing with them.

Better off not filling your prescription here at all. I wrote this as I wait in line behind absolutely no one on a Sunday. Here for the third time this week after I was asked to come back Friday in 1.5 hours, Saturday was told I needed to come back Wednesday. After speaking with a different person it was determined to be an error and I come in today. Not to mention she just told someone in the drive thru to come back in 30 minutes. They seem to think we can just wait around all day in clanton for them. The staff is rude and miserable. When I told the woman I didn’t think I would feel my prescription here again she responded “that’s fine”. This happens here with my prescriptions constantly.

Great store but today I call my doctor to give me a refill on my medication and she did and Walgreens call me and asked me to update my insurance info. I did and I asked them to transfer my prescription to another Walgreens where I was working and they said okay. So when I got off work I went to pick up my medication and there was nothing to pick up so I call my local Walgreens and the person who I talked with was a very rude person that never need to work in a business that requires hospitality on the phone or in person visits because we all have bad days but be respectful to consumers that bring money to business that pays your salary. If I was in Clanton Alabama at the time I call,I would have come to see her. Be Careful who you Disrespect in 2022 because you may lose your job ?. The Pharmacist in Athens Alabama told me to report this because he said no one on his team would ever talk to a customer that way.

These business hours are incorrect for the pharmacy. Yesterday a pharmacy associate was incredibly rude to me saying my prescription had not been called in. I called my doctor and the presciption had been called in hours before. Also, when I need to speak to a pharmacist I just want to press zero. I don't want to listen to a litany of nonsense from an automated system. Thanks.

Was hesitant about switching pharmacies at first, but it was so easy to get everything transferred from the previous one. I haven't experienced any major problems here. There will be minor hiccups occassionally no matter where you go. But overall this option is working great for me. I love the convenience of paying ahead online, getting my meds & pick up order at the same time at drive thru window. Even when use curbside pick up, the order is brought out super quick. Thanks so much for the friendly service and making the shopping experience easier for your customers
