I did my taxes with them April 2020 still have not received it. Called irs they said I had to verify my identity at one of there office wich I did. Then I seen they charged me 700. Called the united taxfirm and they told me its a new tax season so I won't be charged. Then I was curious so I requested my transcripts from my 2018 til now and all of them had information about my previous tax returns except for last years wich this company did. I had to do my own taxes this year thru turbo tax. I had trouble cause my agi was wrong. Figured out my agi was 0 thru the transcript but that's crazy ...nothing makes sense..

I file my taxes with this company and I still haven't received my refund the IRS send it out and yet have I received it I called and called yesterday I got talk to someone but she was rude and no help at all just blew me off and now I can't get ahold of someone Never will I work with this company i pretty sure the took my refund

I thought that I was scammed by them too but in case you are wondering the SCAM ARTISTS ARE UNITED TAXFIRM NOT UNITED TAX FIRM. the scammers have no space between tax and firm. This company has nothing to do with the scammers. I was scammed too.

I filed back in April and still haven't received anything and when I call the IRS they tell me they can release any info about my tax return this is very annoying and untied tax firm is not even trying to help me understand why

the number it gives online for the united tax firm in clanton alabama is not the right number. that number is for the new restaurant/coffee shop in town on 6th street called brunch at heathers. i work here and we receive countless calls a day of people trying to reach the tax firm. please do not use this number to get in touch with the united tax firm.

I had my taxes done April 15 it’s now July 1st and I still have not received my taxes I call and am told the irs is shut down and is working with less people but I’ve had friends and family who have done there taxes after me through other companies and have had no problem receiving there taxes back I believe this place is doing some faulty things and pushing the blame elsewhere I’ll never recommend this company to no one horrible horrible horrible never again and I was told they are paid by the hour and don’t take money from the taxes but after looking at my taxes I noticed $600 dollars was taken out for the preparer I’ve been lied too and delayed this whole 2 in half months this company needs to be looked into horrible

I filed my taxes April 28th and I was told to be looking out in about 6 weeks, it is now July and I haven't received anything. I have 2 children and was granted a stimulus but haven't received that either. Can someone help me ? I'm getting scam vibes.

I personally was scammed as well from a "United Tax Firm" that is a fraudulent company out of Florida just like these other people. Don't do sketchy business over the phone, and good luck to this company who has had their name tarnished

I had a few questions about my taxes and kept getting abruptly interrupted every time I spoke. As I asked to speak to higher management, they proceeded to nearly hang up on me. Horrible customer service and management.

Fraudulent Activity is what they are doing here. Do Not Let Ms. Paige file your taxes she will get you Audited. She isn’t certified and have no clue about taxes. Please don’t go here. They are over charging the customer and using dead people information to file taxes for their own personal needs.! Again Fraudulent Tax Services is what they provide!
