“I had a tire going bad while towing a big car hauler trailer while on I65. Something I rarely do so I was a bit nervous to begin with. I had to complete my 600 mile trip by a certain time. I pulled over at the 213 rest stop and googled tire stores. I just picked one. It wasn't Clanton Tire. The young lady on the phone at the other store told me they didn't have my size tire new or used but if I gave her a few minutes she'd make some calls. Amazingly she came through for me and the solution was Clanton. Randy greeted me and got right to it and I was on my way in 30 minutes. One thing's for sure, the Tire store community in Clanton work together and exhibit that southern hospitality we all cherish. Highly recommend.”

“I've never been to T&B Tire. I only have had 3 phone calls with Ms Lisa of T&B. The first was me, a stranded guy at the 213 rest stop on I65 with a tire going bad on my F350 while towing a 26' trailer. Lisa answered with the most iconic southern bell accent and told me she didn't have my Nitto RidgeGrappler in stock but if I'd give her 5 minutes she would call around and see if she could fid me a tire that would get me out of the weeds for the remainder of my 300 mile trip. At this point it didn't seem hopeful for me and I was considering where I'd stay for the night. After 10 minutes I hadn't heard back from Lisa so I called her back. She apologized profusely as if she owed me anything. She stated she was so sorry, the phone was non-stop but that she had found me a tire! The tire was at a competitor's shop and it was even closer to me than their shop. She gave me their phone number. The whole transaction at the other store was great as well. The 3rd call was from me to Lisa thanking her for taking the time to help a stranded traveler out when her store wouldn't benefit monetarily at all. It's that kind of service that will insure that T&B Tire will be in business as long as they choose to. In the old days one would send a letter to the store to thank them. These days we post a comment (review) so that others can see and make their choice of where to send their business. I doubt I'll ever be in need of Lisa and T&B's service again but if any one who reads this would kindly stand in on my behalf in the hour of your need, well I'd be greatly appreciative!”
