My 2023 dodge challenger wouldn't start. I was able to get a tow by using the warranty service on Dodge website. The tow truck arrive in two hours because he was working an accident prior to my request. Chase was very nice and professional. Once it was towed to McSweeny Craig and others made sure it was taken care of . Turns my car needed a battery. No one would expect a new car to have issues , but it happens. Overall I had a great experience!

I refuse to be treated like an idiot by a sales person due to the fact I’m trying to sell a vehicle due to a poor financial decision I made last year. As a smarter individual today I realize my mistake that I’m stuck with. Still, refuse to be given an attitude, and talked to like an idiot. Never going here again.

I don’t know how the sales department operates I bought my truck back when it was stokes but the service department is awful we brought it in for a warranty issue and they couldn’t find exactly what was wrong with it so like any crappy service shop they start throwing parts at it when that didn’t work they said it was a injector that went bad I was told go ahead and drive it till they get the part in it’s been a month and a half and I can’t get the service guys to return a phone call then when you try to leave a message the voicemail is full I highly recommend not taking anything to this dealership after this I dang sure want but a vehicle from there

I used this dealership for my oil changes when it used to be Stokes. Never had any issues. I purchased a new truck so I gave now mcsweeney the opportunity to do my oil changes. Now that the free oil changes have been used I decided to change my own oil this time. The drain plug is lugged on so tight I can not lossen it without rounding off the bolt. Now I have to go out of my way to take it to a diffrent shop just to have them remove the bolt. I wouldn't be surprised if they put lock tight on it as well. I will never use Mcsweeny again for any of my business. If they're willing to do this to a simple drain plug I can't imagine what else they'll do.

Everyone at McSweeney was so nice and helpful. We were at the Texaco across the road and our truck wasn’t cranking. They were able to send someone over and we were back on the road in no time. Above and beyond service.

Absolutely excellent customer service and hospitality. Our family was in the middle of a military PCS with a check engine light and engine trouble and I’m really glad we were so close to this dealership.
The staff was extremely accommodating for our family plus pets and was willing to shuttle us to a local hotel if that became necessary. Treated our motley crew like royalty.
Fortunately it wasn’t and we were on our way in record speed.
Highly recommend.

Service and warranty are a joke. Warranty work is the lowest paying work so it doesn't take priority. Can't blame them there but after 45 days I'm told the truck I bought 3 months ago had lash adjuster failure. And warranty would only cover one side. Then rear windshield is leaking and they only cover 30 min's for repair so no tech wants it. Will never buy another ram just from this experience.

Took my 2023 Wagoneer there to be looked at due to a mechanical issue. Told me nothing was wrong but if the noise got louder to bring it back. $70,000 vehicle don’t make just make noises. They offered to keep it and look again but can’t provide a loaner. You have a car lot full of vehicles but Okay. I’ll walk everywhere I need to go. No problem. Thats why we spend so much money on them. I’d buy a $5K vehicle if I wanted those options. also can’t provide a loaner….you have a whole dealership but can’t provide good service. The. You wonder why people don’t shop local. Staff was okay. Not the friendliest though. More like why are you here. Also spoke to a gentleman that purchased a car 4 weeks earlier and they wanted to charge him $400 to install a battery. Highly recommend you go somewhere else! They think you’re stupid because you’re a female…..I work as a loan officer at a local credit union and will not be referring anyone!

Was in the market for a used Jeep Wrangler and everything in my state was out of my budget. Found one in Clanton, AL at McSweeney. Inquired online, Ben the coordinator immediately put me in touch with Preston who sent me the most amazing walk around videos! Two days later, we were driving from MS to AL! The Jeep was waiting for me when I got there. Zoe (and another nice lady) greeted me at the door as if they had been waiting for me! Preston took me on a test drive, did all the logistical things, sent me back to David for finance and I was in and out in a little over an hour! If you are in the market, please go visit these guys! Preston even made sure we made it home that night! Great people, easy transaction!
