Love this store! Great selection of modern quality furniture at great affordable prices! The staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything you need, even if you don’t see it in the store! I didn’t use the financing option but it’s great to know that is available! If you are in the market for a new piece of furniture, a bed or bedroom suite, couch or whole living room, recliner or accent chair, dining room table and chairs or just a bar stool, you have to go here FIRST! They have appliances too! Plus they deliver! What else do you need?

One star is too good for this particular Farmers Home Furniture in Clanton. At the time I purchased my furniture using their financing option, all was good and would have awarded a 5 star review. However, I would get a call from them days before the payment due date asking about when I would make a payment. There's supposedly a grace period of 10 days after due date to pay before accumulating a late fee. Yet, they would call every other day until payment is made. Recently some hard financial issues accured causing me to get ONE month behind and playing catch up. My wife and I already explained our situation to them, but apparently it went through one ear and directly out the other. During this time we have been CONSTANTLY HARASSED by these impatient money grubbers. They have blown my wife's phone up multiple times a day everyday and will even have the audacity to call as late as 8PM. I had to block their number just to get a little peace. They came to our house multiple times to hand deliver notices. I recently made a payment for the past due amount and am only a couple of weeks behind. Despite this, they CONTINUE to harass us. I'm honestly thinking about telling them to come get their over priced low quality couch and love seat bc it's not worth all this harassment. Then afterwards I'll call the Better Business Bureau and make a report.

Everytime I go in Farmer's furniture in Clanton to buy furniture the store manager April and staff always greet me with great customer service . I always buy furniture at this store because give great customer service and always have what I need. Thanks

worst company we have worked with. they have great deals but do not ever purchase with their credit. they start calling you days BEFORE your due date and do not stop harassing you until you make a payment. heaven forbid you ever get in a finacial bind and miss a payment. we had never been late on a payment until we had a large unexpected expense come up and ended up missing ONE payment. they came to our home to hand deliver a bill twice in a single week. they claim you have a grace period but they will call or show up to your house everyday during that time even after you tell them when you will be able to make the payment. we will never purchase from them again

Always on top of repairs when something messes up! Genesis is very respectful. She handles the claims an gets the repair men out asap! Thankful for the simplness of making a claim an getting a repair.

They broke my ceiling fan when installing a bed after being late by one day very disappointed and will no longer shop here the delivery men told me they would be at my home on Friday then they called and told me Saturday at 10 they didn’t show up till 12:05

We called to see if they had the appliance we wanted - they said they did. We drove from out of town to get it. We had inquired about the top of the line appliance - they had the bottom of the line appliance *at above top of the line price.* Disappointed with the service, selection and pricing.
