Apparently the pharmacist knows more about your medicinal needs than your specialized doctor who has all your charts, X-rays, and lab results, because they will hold your medicine from you on a whim. ??♂️ This is the power that the DEA has given them. Makes zero sense. ?

My Clanton, Alabama CVS is a very good pharmacy to shop at. It is clean and bright, and the staff is always helpful and pleasant.

I can't stand the automated system they use when you call. All I wanted to do was get someone at the front counter and never could. I called seven times before I got frustrated and gave up.

I waited in the pharmacy drive through line for 25 minutes and then saw the drop off only line drove up and the attendant told me it did not work. I had to drive around the building and wait another 15 minutes for 5 additional cars to go ahead of me. The should have posted a sign so people are not misled and not have been snotty over the intercom about it being too bad about you driving up to the drop off line.

This place is terrible you have to wait forever to get a prescription filled while the employee's walk around chatting like they have nothing to do definitely not the place to go if you feel bad and need your meds...the drive through is even worse don't use it unless you have a hour of time and a dull tank of gas

I wish I could give this pharmacy ZERO stars. I have never had an employee at a pharmacy handle me and talk to me the way the blonde lady with super short hair did tonight. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again. Ever.
