I SHOWED UP AT 6:37 p.m. (they close at 7 p.m. mind you) and the 2 young ladies that helped me were ROCK STARS!! Thanks so much ladies for getting my phone turned on quickly. They were fast, efficient, & definitely knew what they were doing. I walked out 13 mins later with Crystal clear phone service & pleased as a peach that I picked THEIR STORE to go into for service. YOU LADIES ARE AWESOME & I DEFINTELY RECOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR STORE if you ever need phone service quickly.

Was with straight talk decided to give cricket a try and man the service is great. I have the same service as my brother with at&t I have 5g and it's lightning fast. 10/10 recommend

Everyone that works in this store is rude. I have 4 phones purchased through this store and one hasn't worked properly in two months. It's not a device issue, but a service issue. I was told by customer service to go resolve the issue at the store. When we went to the store, Liza told me flat out that she wouldn't (not couldn't) do anything for me or my service and that we needed to call customer service. So we immediately called while we stood in the store with no other customers and told customer service what Liza said. She got angry and called her manager, Kelly. We were then told that we were causing a scene and we needed to leave or police would be called. Another customer came in and we were told we needed to hurry up because she had other customers. Then she proceeded to speak Spanish to the customer and her manager and tell them both that we were just problem customers. I still have NO working service and neither the store nor customer service will do anything, even though we pay over $300/month for 4 lines and insurance. I wouldn't recommend Cricket or this store to my worst enemy.
