My toddler goes to PT here & all of the therapists are great... as well as the other patients. He often gets cranky & upset about having to do therapy but EVERYONE is always so patient, kind, and understanding. They work with him & know when to push him and when not to... The front desk staff is always wonderful. We've never had any issues scheduling, canceling, or rescheduling appointments.

Super Nice! Clean! Today was my 1st physical therapy after my surgery on my right shoulder and it was painful! But this girl was very gentle and very sweet she knew that I was uncomfortable for the pain. She helped me through my exercises and at the end she put ice pack on my shoulder and like electric small patches it felt really good! Thank you! ?

I absolutely love Cornerstone! Traveling the 30 minutes from Alabaster is totally worth it! Love the people, classes are great, and their facilities are top notch!

Great workout to get in the best shape you would love to be in. Friendly staff members, clean pool and clean hot tub spa, it's also great for a great and best relaxation after doing a hard workout after and hour or so or whenever. I really greatly recommend this place so much, you'll love it. ❤️

Bigger than I'd expected, but previously, I had been there for physical therapy, so saw relatively little of it. People (both clients and staff) have been helpful.
