Each time I've called for refills, the female answering the phone was not friendly or really even courteous. But the owner is awesome.

They have friendly service and always have your meds ready so.you don't have to wait and they send out text reminders when your meds are due for refills I wouldn't go anywhere else

Known Randal & His staff over 30 years of my life. They have always went above & beyond & I would stay with his drugstore or other private chains versus chains like Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, or any other national chain. The home town pharmacies only have to answer to themselves, where as, if they are working for a chain, They still are responsible for any & everything within the pharmacy, (Due to national chains CAN NOT run a pharmacy WITH OUT a registered pharmacist)! But, the national chains, they act like they have reign over the pharmacists under their roof & forget without the pharmacist & the pharmacist's license of pharmacology, THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY NATIONAL CHAINS!!

Love them there cheapest around . don't like chain drug stores ... Only thing is I miss Mr Randal he could be harsh at times but that was just his way . I miss him being there he has answered more questions bout my cancer drugs than the ones now ....

Tried to ask relevant question about insurance and was barked out answers that did not answer my question at all. The pharmacist was rude. I came here to help support small business, sorry but not again.

I take a lot of high priced medications, and Chandler's pharmacy was the cheapest for all of them in town. I really was surprised at the amount I could have been saving on this whole time, and besides the low price they truly are friendly just as if they were family...

We used to use Chandler Drugs for all our medications. But, no longer. When the pharmacist yelled out, "Well, it's a $5,000 PA number" where the whole pharmacy can hear you, it's time to leave. First, the med was insured. And, it's extremely inappropriate to yell out the cost of medication. The one other time, a female cashier said loudly how much a certain medicine was and then how much it was after insurance. There were others in line who heard it all. Very humiliating. No proper employee or pharmacist would be letting others in on what medicine we take and how much they are before and after insurance. We left and never went back.

I am one the few who basically get around doing errands on a bicycle. Randall has giving me time to rest, Powerade, as well as time to cool down on some of the hottest of days. He also known of my seizures since 1988, and I have been using him as my pharmacist since 1995. He always tries to help anyone, regardless of what is happening in their life.
